Common pricing questions
What if I only have a few patients enrolled to start?
That's totally fine. There's no monthly minimum. If 10 clients are enrolled at $50/month, your baxtr fee is $25. You only pay as you go, and as you grow.
How does the 5% get collected?
Once a month, baxtr invoices you for 5% of that month's client subscription payments. It's drafted from your payment method on file. Simple.
Is the $249 refundable?
It is not. The activation fee covers your onboarding, training, and launch support — all of which happen whether or not you stay...but we're confident you will.
Are there fees for multiple plans?
No. Build as many plans as you want — basic, premium, species-specific, dental add-on — at no additional cost. The 5% applies across all of them.
